Dr. Essam work as a consultant in Bones and joints and fractures surgery, for more than 20 years, and worked in the Royal Medical Services until 2001, then he worked in the Jordanian Ministry of Health, also worked as a consultant in sports medicine and sports injuries to a number of local sports clubs and national Jordanian teams for football, basketball and handball.
